Our academic purpose is to prepare students to be critical thinkers and to be able to adapt to life's challenges intellectually, effectively, personally, socially, and spiritually. Students are instructed in the main subjects (math, ELA (reading & writing), science, and social studies) as well as religious education and Spanish. We offer "hands-on" computer education, in addition to physical, music and art education.
We are accredited by AdvancED. This accreditation is based upon our high academic standards and performance as an academic institution, in conjunction with a mission statement that is fully reached. To receive this accreditation, surveys were given to teachers, students, and families in regards to academics and school culture, and assessments were completed and analyzed to gauge academic success.
Our students take the NWEA MAP tests in addition to New York State ELA, math and science tests.
Our Honor Roll is an outstanding incentive to receiving and maintaining excellent grades and is offered from grades 4-5.
Grades 4-5: Principal's Award for a 95% average with no mark lower than a 90%
