Music, art, computer, physical education, library, Spanish, and band!
Enrichment instruction occurs daily at Saint Columbanus school for students in our 3 year old program all the way up to our eighth graders. Our enrichment staff guide students in their discipline in order to help foster collaboration, teamwork, and creativity while helping to improve academic achievement.
Within Mrs. Udler’s music classes, students gain confidence and rhythm while learning to sing and perform their favorite melodies. In Mrs. Oppedisano’s art class, students learn about famous artists and their styles while working with different mediums to create their own work. In physical education, Mrs. Vaughn guides students to work as a team while learning the rules and techniques of a variety of sports. Mrs. DeNisco is everyone’s favorite story teller ready to foster the love of reading within each individual child. Spanish instruction occurs within the classroom allowing students to be immersed into the language through conversation and blended learning programs. Our optional band program creates a love of music within each student ready to learn!
